A creepy-cute Easter

Couldn't decide between cute 'n fuzzy or glass, so here's both.  A project in mixing up all sorts of textures, patterns and layers of varying transparency.  Originally I made the grass showing through the eggs, but without going through all the intricacies of accounting for refraction it just didn't work.  Good enough.

Another Easter Chick

An experiment in mixed textures. After creation in Artrage, hauled it over to Photoshop as a png and fine-tuned slightly. I know Artrage probably does those things too but haven't quite figure out how.
